In 2005, Raey’s founders welcomed forty fragile children for free education, but quickly realized that hungry children cannot learn. After seeing students faint in class, the founders pooled their limited resources to launch a school feeding program, providing two warm meals a day to ensure the children had the health and energy to focus.
Since then, this initial commitment has blossomed into a comprehensive sanctuary. By taking in forty new students annually for a four-year program, Raey has provided hundreds of vulnerable children with free education, meals, and full healthcare. The organization continues to transform once-hopeless children into thriving members of their community, ensuring they never have to choose between survival and learning.
